“For Christmas, my adult children "gifted" me a pantry re-do.  At first, I was really offended as I believe I am extremely organized and was NOT excited !!  However, I decided to be grateful and accept the gift.  When Sara came to my house, I felt compelled to show her how organized I really was - showing off my closets, drawers, etc.  I think she was a little impressed.  Yet, with all my skills I thought I had, Sara made a DIFFERENCE.  She took pictures, talked to me about my vision and complimented me on my organization.  Then, when she showed up for the installation, I left the room and let her do her magic.  WOW ....
